  1. Indeed,I've wondered that a lot.Who has inspired me and why did they inspire me to keep going. It's a big part in my understanding leadership and getting under the skin of 'why should anyone be led by me?'
Setting the books aside, you have got to believe in what it is you do,there has to be a passion for it as far as I'm concerned.Through that others will engage with your goals and support the common cause or project. It helps if you know what you are talking about too,so experience of success and failure alike are pivitol in being able to affiliate with those around you.Self and social awareness,it's great.

  2. Before this module I thought I was very good in my leadership skills, but the truth be told what I have was just standard I have learn a lot about myself and my colleagues. Am more empathy with the staff than I would have been before. I listen more and talk less.
Am passionate, charismatic, I always empower others and ready to learn from other.
I bring confidence, honesty and integrity are others quality I bring to leadership. When I think about it we all have a lot of quality is just been able to use it at the right way. Am enjoying my job more now because am more come and very attentive to what is happening around me.

  3. This is a very interesting question and I suppose it could be answered in so many ways. What is it about being a leader that is so sought after? Is it possible to be the leader of leaders who are willing to be second? In my opinion leaders should never be absorbed in just the outcome of the objectives. In leading our team I believe that when people feel that they play a significant part which involves each person finding their fit, this is how and more importantly why people embrace you as a leader. The greatest example ever for leadership should be taken from the bible, Jesus and his influence amongst people and more often strangers is amazing. People dont need to know your life in and out for them to follow your lead, however there is the need for trust and transpancy.
