DeleteHI Janette - following the leadership module with yourself I have planned now to put together a ledership training module for our managment team. Some of the team are newly appointed into a leadership position and havent yet developed some of the qualities and attributes we all aspire to demonstrate as a leader. I hope to add value in everyhting I do within our business and I am in no doubt that taking them through some of the material you have provided and showing them some of the recommended video links on leadership etc will help them develop within their current roles - so thank you in advance from the CUBIS team.
